Selling Your Home - What I Do For You

1. Written Marketing Plan
So many times I hear homeowners complain that once they signed the listing agreement they never heard from their real estate agent again and/or that they had no idea what was going on.

This will not happen because:
          A. I give you a detailed, written marketing plan.
          B. I send you several weekly update reports.
          C. We go over everything together monthly.

2. MLS Listing Exposure
I belong to 3 different MLS systems:
          New Jersey MLS (our primary MLS system)
          Garden State MLS
          Hudson County MLS

This gives your house exposure to over 30 counties and thousands of agents. Plus you get the additional MLS internet exposure and listing syndication.

3. Internet Listing Syndication

Today it’s not enough to be on your MLS websites – to get full internet exposure for your home you need to be on many things including:

  • Search Engines
  • Websites
  • Blogs
  • Social Networking
  • Real Estate Directories

Not only do I place your home in the internet but I have hired experts to do this as well. The National Association of Realtors announced in 2008 that 94% of all buyers search for homes on the internet. Not only must you be here but you must also be visible. You will receive weekly reports on this so you can see how well your home is doing on the web.

4. My Time
You have hired me and I sincerely appreciate that. While I do have an administrative staff, that's in the background. You hired me and not an assistant; I will be working directly with you. I try very hard to return all calls quickly and to send information you request within 2 hours. If more time is required, I'll let you know. However, when I am with people I never answer my phone because I feel it's rude to do so.

I understand that you may not be free until later in the evening or before work in the morning. That's fine. We can schedule calls/meetings at those times if that's what works for you. I personally supervise the marketing of your home and write a marketing plan focused to its special features and advantages. You'll also hear from me regularly because I believe in keeping my clients updated weekly.
