several weekly update reports.

counties and thousands of agents.
Plus you get the additional MLS

Today it’s not enough to be on your
MLS websites – to get full internet
exposure for your home you need to
be on many things including:
- Search Engines
- Websites
- Blogs
- Social Networking
- Real Estate Directories
Not only do I place your home
in the internet but I have hired
experts to do this as well. The
National Association of Realtors
announced in 2008 that 94% of
all buyers search for homes on
the internet. Not only must you
be here but you must also be
visible. You will receive weekly
reports on this so you can see
how well your home is doing on
the web. 4.
My Time
You have hired me. Not an
assistant. Not a helper. Me and
I am there for you. While I do
have an administrative staff,
that’s all in the background.
I am available to you always
– the only time I do not answer
my mobile phone is when I’m with
people because I really think
it’s rude to do so. But, I will
get back to you as soon as I’m
free and this is normally within
2 hours at the longest. You
can call, email or text me any
time you wish. I understand
that you may not be free until
after 9 pm or before 7 am.
That’s fine. What works for you
is what we do. I personally
supervise all the marketing of
your home and I write the
marketing plan for your home
focused to its special features
and advantages. OK, how do I
do this? By limiting the number
of listings and customers I work
with so that I can give everyone
the best personal service. If I
were buying or selling real
estate, I wouldn’t expect
anything less.
