I have been working with Barbara for years. When I wanted to buy a new house, there was only one call I needed to make, right to her. She tells you like it is, even if it's something hard to hear, which is especially needed in this tough housing market. Barbara knows everything that is needed, and will fight for you even after everything is done. She doesn't leave you in the dark after that mortgage is signed. I'm so glad that I have a not only a relator like Barbara, but now a friend like her. You want the best, no reason to look at the rest.

My husband and I have worked with Barbara on the purchase of two homes. The first one in 2010 and just closed on a house Sept 2017. We would never work with a different real estate professional as long as Barbara is in the real estate business. Her knowledge of the market and her willingness to understand what your preferences are makes navigating through the process so much easier. Additionally, she is very honest and will stop you from making mistakes even though it would be a slam dunk for her if she let you go along with it (her 33 years of experience has taught her a thing or two). She is both relentless and a charmer when you need her to be and you can count that her objective is for you to be happy with her services even long after the purchase of the house. We can't recommend Barbara enough!

Absolutely wonderful every step of the way. I tried selling on my own, and found how difficult it was. Barbara attracted the right buyers, and stayed the course through some difficult negotiations.
She also managed to conduct successful open houses and showings despite my difficult attack cat who did not want to move!
