It's important for me to have an inital meeting with my buyers. Whether at my office or through Zoom, going over everything avoids mistakes that can hurt you. So if your agent wants to do this, take advantage of the opportunity.

It's worth spending more for a great home inspector. Most of the truly outstanding home inspectors I know do cost more. They're worth it. At the same time, just because someone charges a ridiculous amount (I've seen buyers pay over $2,000) does not guarantee quality either. - Talking To Your Agent
Home inspections can be a bit tedious and boring. They're also lomg. So what do many buyers do? Have social conversations with their agent. Losing your focus is always a mistake. Stick with your inspector, follow him through the house and stay focused. I know staying focused is tough for hours, but, you don't want to miss anything. - Giving The Inspector A List of Concerns/Questions
IF you greet your inspector with a list of things you're worried about, he'll focus on that and you won't get as good an inspection. When he gets to a part of the house that contains your worry, then ask him about it.
